| Hey everybody. OK so don't croak on me, yeah i know...i'm actually posting. Its only been like...oh...2 months or something like that. A lot has been happening in my life lately. Its all good though, thank goodness. Well I have had about...11 interviews. I am definitely tired of dressing up in my suit and tie everyday, plastering a smile on my face, and telling people all about my life. After all my interviewing and stuff was finally over I got two job offers. The two biggest accounting firms in the nation actually wanted me. I never thought that would happen. I was so worried that I would never find a job and that I was going to be poor for the rest of my life. So I got two job offers in Memphis. One from Ernst & Young and the other from Deloitte and Tusch. Both places said they were very impressed with my grades and my personality and wanted to offer me a job. So last week Blair and I sat down and I went over all the materials they gave me. I presented it to her like they presented it to me. I figured that even though this was technically "my" job since I will be working 60 hours a week at times, it is her job also. So we went over everything from salary to benefits (both of which were amazing), and we finally came to the conclusion that Ernst & Young is the place for me.
So my official job title is going to be Staff Auditor. This job is definitely going to be demanding, but I am ready for it. I am glad that I have a job now though. I feel a lot better about getting married now also. I now feel like I have something to bring to the table. I can now support Blair.
Our wedding plans are coming along great. Blair has her wedding dress and most of the bride's maids have their dresses also. I am very excited about getting married. Over Christmas break Blair and I are going to go apartment shopping. Also, I forgot to mention that when I called Ernst & Young (EY) to let them know that I am going to work for them, they invited me to their annual Christmas party. It says I have to wear Cocktail attire. I actually get to go to a grown-up party. Its going to be exciting.
Well that is all I have to say for now. I hope everybody has a great Thanksgiving and everybody be safe driving. Later kids

| Sorry i don't post. I don't have time. I know most of you probably think that i'm exagerating. Oh, little do you know. Last week I had four tests along with hours of homework, a football game to march in, 2 intramural games. Its rediculous. I think i studied for....about 16 hours. Well today i actually don't have anything big and important to do. So i am going to sit in my room, watch some football do somemore homework, and go see a movie tonight with Blair. Its pretty sad when i have a fiance that i barely ever get to hang out with. We see eachother at most meals, but other than meals, we have to make time to see eachother. Push back studying, or homework. Its rediculous. On a few plus notes, she got a letter from dental school saying that they were excited about her and think she is a good candidate. Now when it comes to my career, things seem to be going in the right direction also. I have 5 job interviews on campus within the next month. I also have a good source at an accounting firm in Memphis. So i hope that one of those plays out for me. I have a good resume and i feel like it will be fine. Well everybody until the next time....

| Well it has been a while since i have posted. So I guess i will update now. Well not too much has been going on in my life. I have finally moved back into college. I am excited that i get to see all my friends again, but i really am not ready to start my classes. They are going to be hard, which is going to require lots of studying. But I guess thats why I am in college in the first place. Well yesterday i participated in my first triathlon. It was fun, and extremely long. I finished just about in the middle of the pack. I didn't quite beat my goal time, but i was close. My goal was an hour and a half, and i was only five minutes over that. So I guess thats not too bad for my first one. I don't know if I will ever run another triathlon. I enjoyed this one, so I may, but that will require me to maintain staying in this shape. Anyway, on another note, we got this email at school today that i thought was quite hillarious. i figured i would share the picture. So here it is!

It makes me laugh! To me it looks like he drank too much and passed out. And he needed the fan for his heat flashes. Oh well. I'll talk to yall later! | | |
| Well now that i have some time, i am going to post what exactly happened this weekend. I know blair has already written her version, but i will tell it from my side.
So i bought the ring in February. I have had it for a while, but i just didn't know when i was going to propose. I already had an idea how, but i just didn't know when. When i was younger, probably around 10 i got the idea that it would be neat to spell out "Will You Marry Me" with christmas lights and then fly over it in an airplane.
Setting all that up took a lot of planning and a long time. I had to borrow christmas lights from everybody i could think of. I had loads of lights....but i still didn't have enough to spell the entire sentence out. So i ended up just putting "Marry Me!" Well i asked around for forever trying to find a pilot. We have this little bitty airstrip in heber so i knew there was a pilot somewhere. I finally found a guy who owned a plane who would take us up. So the next thing to do was get blair involved. So i told her that we were going to take a night tour of Heber from the air. I live in little rock right now, so i had to have my mom take the lights out and actually spell the letters. (By the way the letters were 6 feet tall and 5 feet wide. BIG!!) So my mom spelled it out thursday night. What happens that night?? IT RAINS! I was so worried that the letters were going to short that i didn't barely sleep that night.
Well the day finally came. I had to go to class that morning and take my final exam. My mom went to the farm where the lights were to make sure that they were fine...and they were (whew). So after my test i drove home. On the way home i suddenly knew what i wanted to say that night. So i was digging around trying to find something to write on before i forgot it. So i'm talking outloud to myself and trying to write it down on paper while still keeping my eyes on the road....not safe at all! So that night she came over and we went up in the plane.
Being up in the air while the sun was going down was very beautiful. I was enjoying the sights. Once it started getting dark i was looking out all the windows. I didn't know where the lights were going to show. Blair thought i was just trying to take in the sights...hehe. So then she started looking too. Then she saw the lights on the ground and then she looked at me as I was getting on my knee. By this time i was getting nervous, which is unusual for me. My hands started shaking as i said "Blair, i love you...your my best friend....and i know that your the person that i'm meant to spend the rest of my life with." Her hands covered her mouth and she started crying, then after what seemed like forever a faint "yes" came out. That was definetly the best moment of my life.
Well folks, that is the story of our engagement. I have the picture also...i'm going to post it so everybody can get a look of what she saw. Make sure to leave a comment telling me what you think about all this!
